  • Jerusalem
  • Since 1967 Jerusalem has seen a steady transformation from a sleepy backwater to a vibrant focus of tourism, commerce, religion and culture. Jerusalem is above all a city of contrasts – government ministries and bustling markets, time-trodden alleyways and ritzy districts, inviting pedestrian precincts and imposing religious architecture. Nothing stops the renewal. A great delight is to see stylish new apartments arising within old neighborhoods and fitting in completely.
  • Haifa
  • Surrounded by the sea, beaches, mountains and forests, Haifa has always held a special appeal for people wishing for a cooler climate. It’s a decidedly cosmopolitan, relaxed and European city that’s attracted many Russian immigrants and a sizeable Anglo community. Property-owners benefit from the blend of the city’s vibrant commercial and academic tempo together with an easy pace in residential areas.
  • Hadera
  • This is the ‘up and coming’ place in the Northern Sharon region. Although called a city, Hadera has just 93,000 inhabitants, which gives everyone excellent quality of life as well as very affordable and spacious housing. In many ways it’s the perfect location for new homes and neighborhoods – being close to the sea, well located between Central and Northern Israel and offering many leisure activities.
  • Netanya
  • It’s easy to see why Netanya is such an attraction for home-owners. It has a long seafront with fine beaches, a lively city center, a wealth of entertainment, culture and leisure places and a garland of natural beauty that surrounds it. What’s even better – Netanya is just 25 minutes drive from Tel Aviv. Since this is our special area, we’ll be more specific about areas:

Ir Yamim: This is a luxurious neighborhood located South of Netanya city, near Poleg beach. The sea views, nature reserve, plentiful community services and convenient train station are major attractions. A large Anglo community lives here.

South Beach: Definitely a very ‘up-scale’ part of Netanya with buildings close to the sea (plus an elevator to beach-level coming soon) and a very nice promenade complete with cafes and restaurants. There’s a large Anglo community. You’ll need a car or taxi service.

Nitza Blvd: This is the ‘beach part’ of the city, with easy access to the commercial center. The promenade, sea views, cafes and restaurants make the properties here (mostly resale) very desirable. Many Anglos like this area. No car needed.

  • Ramat Gan
  • The Diamond Exchange at the center of Ramat Gan has attracted around it a bustling and vibrant core of high-tech companies, law firms and businesses of every kind. The city’s connection to Tel Aviv is very close, which can be easily reached in a 20-minute walk. Buying property in this area is an outstanding investment for people interested in business Real Estate.

  • Tel Aviv
  • As the economic and cultural center of Israel, Tel Aviv occupies the ‘top spot’ for Real Estate deals (apart from Savyion). The colorful mosaic formed by its residents, cultural institutions, business complexes and unique architecture has transformed it into a truly multicultural, international city, with no match elsewhere. There are many exciting development areas: near the beach, close to the Sarona project and in Neveh Tzedek.

  • Ashkelon
  • The South is getting very popular! This Biblical city now has a community of 110,000 inhabitants, with excellent services and an impressive urban renewal program. New villas and apartment buildings are going up all the time. The distance from Tel Aviv (48 kms) takes about 50 minutes by train or car, so many people are moving here for a high standard of living at a budget price.
